Gamlen Tableting is exhibiting at Interphex 2014, New York, 18th-20th March.
Live demonstrations of the Gamlen Tablet Press (GTP-1), the world’s first benchtop computer controlled tablet press, will be held regularly at the Gamlen Tableting booth #3165.
Available on stand will be the GTP-1 and newly launched GTP-CHE (Controlled Humidity Environment).
The compact and affordable GTP-1 generates highly-scalable measurements of tablet compaction pressure, punch displacement, and tablet take-off and ejection forces. In addition, measurements of tablet fracture stress under controlled conditions are accurately performed on the GTP-1.
The GTP-CHE offers for the first time a humidity controlled environment for the GTP-1 computer-controlled benchtop tablet press. Humidity affects the compressibility of key pharmaceutical ingredients and formulations requiring low humidity or an inert atmosphere for stability (such as effervescents or oxygen/moisture sensitive products).
